Saturday - 1000m

Despite the somewhat mis-aligned buoys, the course showed no problems for Sam Allen in the Mens IM3 1x event and Erica Bodman in the Womens IM3 singles with both of them returning with a pot.

In the mens novice sculls, it was a Robs show down between Giles Dakin-White and John Clay with Clay taking it by half a length.

Enya Meadows and Charlotte Drury raced above their usual J16 doubles category making it to Womens Junior final and being pipped by Star Club.

The club also saw Anna-Rosa racing her single and Enya reaching the final of the WJ18 singles event.

Sunday - 500m

In one of the first races of the day, the Robs IM3 4x consisting of Rachael Crockford, Anna-Rosa, Sally Dowding and Enya Meadows lost out in the first round to the Robs/CUW quad who then went on to the win the event.

The Womens J17 singles event saw another Robs show down between usual doubles partners Meadows and Drury with Meadows taking it by a canvas.

Giles had a second chance of losing his novice status in the singles event with another all Robs final, this time against Phil "Chicken" Congdon. Giles took the race by a length although regretting it half an hour later as he was thrown in the river!!

Robs put in two mixed doubles, Ben Hicks and Erica Bodman making it to the final of the IM2 event, and the Robs/Isle of Ely composite saw another win for Sam Allen in the IM3 event.

Another brilliant weekend for the club! Well done everyone.
